SHIPPING INFO

Shipping to the US and Canada is guaranteed.

If you are in Mexico or Colombia, please get in contact with our Customer Service.

Orders placed for more than 50 $ USD by customers located inside US territory are shipped out for free, allow between 2-4 business days to receive your package.  

All orders made before 12:30 pm EST, Ships Same Day. Orders made after 12:30 pm EST ships next business day (orders made on Fridays after 12:30 pm EST ships on Monday)

The order place time is not the final confirmation for the Shipping, the successful payment verification by our gateway is the real green light for the Shipping.

We use UPS - FedEx - Post Office.

Priority Mail Express (1 business days) for prompt delivery is available for just only 22.17 $.

Depending on the order value, we also offer signature confirmation upon delivery for just only $1.00, please be aware of the tracking information we provide you via email to see your schedules delivery attempts and also check for USPS and UPS delivery attempts notes in your home or office.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We, at Mundo Unico, desire for you a confident business transaction whenever buying from us. If by any reason we find the product you selected is out of stock, we will certainly contact you in order to give you multiple solutions because we care about you and your shopping experience with us.

We wish to inform that our Company policies do not allow us to perform exchanges, but we can perform a refund and give you a different choice if the product you received is out of our stock, we will give you the best assessment from our Customer Service in order to fit your needs.

We recommend for a smooth and hassle free returning process to get in contact with our Customer Service Agents in order to receive the label and have your package returned, all this just in the case the item you received is out stock. These items with the return prepaid label we sent you, must be received by our warehouse and then, we will confirm the delivery of the item before a refund can be processed.

The common period of time needed to process refunds is 7-10 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing or PayPal account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware that it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit. Returned merchandise that doesn't meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees (up to 50% of the original price).

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item or receive the wrong product, please contact immediately to our Customer Service Department:  (877) 522-0506 or to our email: Info@mundounicostore.com.  

We would like to know in advance if the credit card or the bank account you had used when you first purchased the product is closed or detained in some way, all that to assure you a successfully refund's transaction into your account or credit card mentioned above. Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience and misunderstandings when the refund is being made.

Unclaimed packages returned to our warehouse are subject to ten percent restocking fee.

* Please note that for health reasons the items sold on our site are considered "FINAL SALE" which means we are unable to accept them for return. Final sale items are always noted on their respective pages, and you will always be informed when a final sale item is in your shopping cart prior to starting the checkout process. Items in the Clearance - Promotion category are considered a final sale.

** Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Before returning items please make sure your returned item meets the conditions listed above.

If everything is ok just start your return process.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

 

I've looked my e-mail account. What if my order has not been shipped?

If shipping of your package has been delayed for any reason. You can reach us through our phone number as fast as you can. Remember, your order number is really important for us to manage and monitor the shipped package. Also, once a ticket has been created, we will get in touch with you until we have received confirmation that the item has been received.


Can I trade my underwear or swimwear purchase if the size is incorrect?

For obvious reasons, we don't normally trade back items that have already been used since they are considered as FINAL SALE. That's why we encourage our customers to get in contact with our customer service department prior to any purchase. In case you receive an incorrect size, reach us out immediately and we will send you a label for you to return the item.


How long does it take you to ship?

We normally ship within 2-7 business days of having received payment confirmation. If you selected a different shipping method, we assure you that your package is going to be shipped out within the business days shown during that shopping step.



What if you don’t have my product in your stock? Can I get a refund or an exchange?
Knowing that re-stocking our products may vary according to the items clients have bought, we invite you to reach our Customer Service Agents in order to be guided and complete the process. We can give you several options that we currently have in stock or give you a refund.   

What happens if I don't receive my package?

If you haven't received your package, but we have delivery confirmation from the courier, we will contact them and ask about your shipment with the tracking number. Most of the time when you don’t receive your package is because couriers have lost or misplaced the item, that is why getting in touch with our Customer Service Agents is extremely important, we will open a claim and we will do everything in our power to have your package delivered.


I placed an order but didn't choose the correct sizes, can I change it?

Yes, you can. If you happen to notice a change of sizes or products in your order within a reasonable time, we will make the change and update your order or we will reach you to ask for a cancellation permission that will generate an automatic refund process for you to place a new order with the correct size this time.
